Nakheel’s waterfront projects, including the world-famous, award-winning Palm Jumeirah, have added more than 300 kilometers to Dubai’s original 70km coastline, paving the way for the development of hundreds of seafront homes, resorts, hotels, and attractions.
The Challenge
Nakheel Properties is a real estate development company based in Dubai, UAE, and has a portfolio of projects in Dubai across the residential, retail, hospitality, and leisure sectors. The client was looking for a robust unified data platform to deliver data engineering and operational analytics workloads. Enterprise data resides on the Oracle ERP system, and Sales data on Salesforce. The client was targeted to have a scalable data architecture to deliver operational analytics as well as enterprise analytics dashboards to present a 360-degree view of the business. The analytics platform should have features such as self-service analytics, democratized security, data reports, and dashboards.
The Solution
